Betano champions nigerian entrepreneurship with N50m support for ‘The Next Titan’
Betano, a leading sports entertainment platform, has pledged a staggering N50 million as the grand prize for the 10th edition of ‘The Next Titan’, Nigeria’s premier entrepreneurial reality television show.
The announcement was made during a press conference at the Lagos Marriott Hotel, where Betano was unveiled as the show’s headline sponsor. The upcoming season, themed ‘The Unconventional,’ promises to push the boundaries of creativity and business acumen among its 20 contestants, who will compete in rigorous tasks and challenges over 10 weeks.
Betano’s Country Manager, Kunle Olamuyiwa, emphasized the synergy between the brand’s values and the show’s mission. “The show resonates deeply with our brand’s values. By partnering with The Next Titan, we support entrepreneurs in their journey to achieve their dreams.
“This collaboration is about encouraging creativity and innovation and helping these visionaries reach new heights,” he stated.
The show’s Executive Producer, Mide Akinlaja, described ‘The Next Titan’ as more than just a competition but a transformative platform for young Nigerian entrepreneurs. “The Next Titan is unique because it transforms business ideas into success stories.
This season’s theme reflects our commitment to empowering Nigerian youth to break barriers and achieve greatness,” Akinlaja remarked.
Auditions for the 10th season will begin in February 2025, spanning major cities like Port Harcourt, Abuja, Enugu, and Lagos, with provisions for online entries to ensure inclusivity. From the pool of applicants, 50 will be selected for an intensive boot camp, leading to the selection of the final 20 contestants.
The finalists will reside in the Titan House, where they will face weekly eliminations in the Titan boardroom, navigating tasks that test their skills in marketing, sales, advertising, and philanthropy.
