Kalu Commends Gov Nwifiru For Endorsing Stanley Emegha For Second Term As APC Chairman

Former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Kalu, has expressed appreciation to Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State for endorsing the second term in office of his political son, Chief Stanley Okoro-Emegha, as the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in the state.

Cablenews24 reports that Kalu stated this on Thursday at Ekoli in Edda Local Government Area of Ebonyi State during his New Year visit to Okoro-Emegha.

He said: “The endorsement is a good development as Stanley Emegha is a hardworking person.

“I did not make the endorsement, but the governor, who is working with Stanley Emegha, did.”

The Senator Representating Abia North Senatorial District said his visit to the APC chairman was an annual event, which showed the level of affinity between them.

“I promised him that as long as God gives me the life, I will be visiting him every new year,” Kalu said.
