The initiative provided free healthcare services, including blood sugar tests, medical consultations, and essential medications to hundreds of residents.

Rear Admiral OA Bankole, Chief of Defence Civil-Military Relations (CDCMR) and Special Guest of Honour, emphasized that the outreach aligns with the Chief of Defence Staff, General CG Musa’s nationwide directive to bolster civil-military relations through free healthcare initiatives.

“This program targets vulnerable groups—pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children—to alleviate healthcare burdens while fostering goodwill between our forces and host communities,” he stated.

Rear Admiral Bankole urged Majidun residents to collaborate with Operation AWATSE personnel by reporting suspicious activities. “Your vigilance ensures swift responses to criminal threats, safeguarding lives and infrastructure,” he added.
