The bank was named ‘Digital Bank of the Year’ for an unprecedented fifth consecutive year and also secured the award for ‘Best Bank for MSMEs.’

The bedrock of the digital success is VULTe, the bank’s flagship platform. In the first eight months of 2025 alone, VULTe processed a massive volume of transactions, reflecting its widespread adoption and scale.

The platform’s latest iteration, VULTe 3.0, showcases the bank’s agile culture of continuous improvement, integrating AI-powered features to personalize user experiences and enhance efficiency—setting a new standard in the Nigerian digital economy.

Receiving the awards, Chief Digital Officer Dele Adeyinka described the recognition as a validation of the bank’s people-centered digital transformation journey.

Commitment to MSMEs and Women

Polaris Bank’s commitment to the crucial MSME sector was also recognized. The bank has actively deployed digital solutions to empower small businesses, including launching a major funding initiative in Q2 2025 for the creative industry via partnerships with Woodhall Capital (UK) and the Lagos State Government.

The bank has also prioritized financing for women-owned and women-led enterprises across sectors like education and fashion, underscoring its dedication to gender empowerment and inclusive growth.
