SOUTH-WEST APC REAFFIRMS KEKEMEKE’S LEADERSHIP

In a resounding show of unity and strength, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South-West region has re-elected Dr. Isaacs Kekemeke as its Zonal Chairman, alongside seven other executives, during a congress held at the prestigious Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos Island. The election, which was conducted by consensus through a voice vote, drew a massive 3,188 delegates from the six South-West states, including Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, and Oyo.

The newly elected officials, who were sworn in amidst fanfare and jubilation, include:

• Legal Adviser: Ismail Majaro
• Organising Secretary: Lateef Ibirogba
• Publicity Secretary: Ayobami Afolabi
• Woman Leader: Mrs. Yetunde Adesanya
• Youth Leader: Barr. Daramola Adesuyi
• Representative for Persons Living with Disabilities: Dayo Ishola

In his victory speech, Kekemeke expressed confidence in the party’s strength across the South-West, promising improved performance from his team and assurances of victories in the 2027 governorship elections in Osun, Ekiti, and Oyo states.
